10-4pm – Baytastic Jazz Fest MARKET at Wimereux Square to accompany our Saturday shows. 10am – Children’s Dance and Song Workshop with Kai Hoffman and pianist Roger Lewin, recommended for ages 0-6 years. FREE 11-12pm All Ages Concert for Families with Kai Hoffman Quartet. Jazz and Swing Show for children of all ages with Kai Hoffman, vocals plus Roger Lewin Piano, Alex Keane, Double Bass, Rod Brown, drums. FREE 12:20 – 1:20pm Roger Lewin Trio with Featured Guest. Lunchtime show. Families welcome. Bring a picnic! FREE 1:45-2:45pm Kent Youth Jazz Orchestra – Kent’s premier youth jazz big band, featuring the top talent from across the county, playing an exciting mix of jazz standards, jazz-rock and jazz-funk. Families welcome. FREE 3:05-4:15pm Steve Nathan Big Band – With fantastic arrangements and a sizzling saxophone section, the Steve Nathan Big Band will blow all your cobwebs away! FREE 3:00-5:00pm Try Something New – Songs and Beats Workshop with Richard Rozze, guitarist & music educator. All levels, no pressure group workshop for singers and instrumentalists. Learn some basics of different jazz styles, experiment with rhythms, have fun learning to add some improvisation to your life! FREE, recommended for adults and children 12 and up @ Pettman House (The Over 60s club on the corner of Wimereux Square).
