Join us for our Walk ‘n’ Talk “The LONGER walk” every other Wednesday, apart from the first Wednesday of the month where we take a short walk to Mayas Community Cafe for a monthly breakfast catch up.

​We will be running Walk ‘n’ Talks every Wednesday, this one is a longer walk (a big favourite!) and the alternate Wednesday is a shorter Walk ‘n’ Talk.

​Join us at the clocktower every Wednesday at 10.30am.

Bring a friend, family or your dog. Walking is a great way to meet new people and a chance to share things with others who are holding space to support each other with Happiness In MIND.
