KunstKammer or Cabinet of Curiosities

A performance with live music, dance and visuals devised by choreographer Dora Frankel, composer Peter Coyte (aka Shape Navigator) and video artist @diz_qo together with a performance from electric violist Sophie Sirota.

A performance with 2 dancers, 1 live video artist and 2 live musicians devised by choreographer Dora Frankel and composer Peter Coyte together with video artist Mark Watson framing their long collaboration as a response to the past, present and future. Kunstkammer fuses dance, spontaneous composition, and aural and movement improvisation into performances, installations and conversations presenting the work to new audiences in non theatre settings.

The sounds, stories and objects encountered from wandering on and around Herne Bay beach will be recorded and used in the performance to give an impression of the location with the emphasis on discovery, wonder and fascination.
