An Immersive Audio+Visual Installation Experience

An unmissable audio-visual happening bringing you sublime and mesmeric sonic adventures in a series of truly transportive sets.

Deep Listen is a Canterbury-based organiser curating evenings of ambient, minimal and experimental music performances featuring local artists and providing a unique, intimate listening experience. Our first event was ‘Drone Cellar’ in 2017, followed by ‘Drone Tower’ in 2019, and now Deep Listen, which has run every couple of months since 2022, currently at the Mooring cafe in Canterbury.

Zero BPM will be showcasing some of the best sound makers from east Kent performing meditative and compelling compositions at the Beach Creative community space in Herne Bay. There will also be mesmerizing projections and the opportunity to experiment with sound yourself.

Performances

We would be grateful if you could please turn off your phone and remain quiet during sets, each of which will last approximately 15 minutes. There will be breaks between each set. There will be four performances accompanied by projected visuals. The last set will end at approximately 10:15pm.

Donation Bar

Beach Creative will be hosting a donation bar plus snacks during the event. All proceeds will be donated to the Beach Creative ‘Raise the Roof’ campaign.
