Bay Theatre will be showcasing Theatre on the Pier, something that’s never been done before! While the epic stage has hosted some fantastic music events, it hasn’t seen straight plays. We’re so happy to be bringing this to the seafront, particularly after the closures of theatre over the past year.
The evening features five short plays, written by local award-winning writers, and performed by a professional cast.

Bay Theatre tells stories about everyday life in an uplifting way.
We believe there is a world shortage of easily digestible plays that leave you feeling satisfied & content. For us, theatre is about engaging our audience with relatable plays, acted well
