we’ll be holding a Meditation and Movement morning with Emma Dickinson (Qualified CSV Yoga Teacher/Energy Healer) see attached post. Some light music and relaxing… you’re welcome to bring a chair, mat or anything comfortable… even if you do some slight movement or as much as you can in a chair!
