Duchamp Tourism in Herne Bay
This exhibition explores a Duchamp Tourist’s relationship with Herne Bay through various re-makings, re-enactments, and memorabilia. Bordering on stalking a ghost, artist Katy Corral’s Marcel Duchamp fandom is a kind of holidaying with his spirit that manifests as mapping, documenting, and retracing his footsteps, and performing a creative approach to tourism.
